Accessing a delegated mailbox

If you have access to what is referred to as a delegated mailbox( Ability to see emails, send as the account owner, etc) The process to access it is below:

Using the Outlook mail client installed on your computer:

Open outlook either by clicking the icon in the task bar or going to start then all programs and scrolling down to the "O" section.

Once the mail client opens the delegated mailbox will be under your assigned mailbox account

Using the online mailbox in the portal:

Sign in to the New River portal

On the tile page click on Office 365 email

After the mailbox loads click on your Initials in the top right corner then click on "open another mailbox"

Type the delegated mailbox email address in the box  you need to access then click open.
