Your username is the first part of your New River email address, for example if your e-mail address is last_fm@newriver.edu then your username would be last_fm.
It is usually your last name followed by an underscore then your first initial and then your middle initial.

Step by Step instructions:
Navigate to https://web.newriver.edu/directory/ which brings up the College Directory search page.
Enter your name in the top box that says "Name or Email" and click the magnifying glass. Don't change the "All Groups" and "All Locations" boxes.
Once you have entered your name you will be given a list of results find your name in the list and click on the link that is beside email.
After you click the link that says "Click for Email" a pop up box will show that has your email address.
