Sometimes you may find yourself needing to save an online document that does not allow for downloading directly, or maybe you need to print a document but the printer is down. Saving the file as a PDF allows you to save it to your computer or a USB drive for printing later.
For MAC or Windows 10 this feature is now built in and very easy to use. Simply click "Print" on the document and for Windows 10 users you will see "Microsoft Print to PDF" as an available printer, for MAC users you will see the save as PDF option.
You will be presented with a standard save file window allowing you to choose where to save the file and what to name it so you can easily locate it.
