Merging Courses in Brightspace

Only a system administrator has access to merge courses, but if Instructors identify the CRN of the Parent and Child course sections, we can merge them so there is a single course shell for content with a single grade book that combines all the merged sections.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

It is best to do this BEFORE students begin to make course progress since the Child section students will lose any course progress earned in the Child section when the merge is performed.

Please email David Ayersman with your request to merge courses and include the CRN of the Parent and Child sections.
