New River's Phone System—Auto Attendant and Line Groups

New River's phone system includes features that enable us to group multiple directory numbers into Line Groups.

Our toll-free number is one such Line Group, and most campuses also use other Line Groups to route calls. An Auto Attendant is used for the College's main number (5450) so that callers have options to press a number from 1 to 8 for the options they need (as explained in the Call Flow PDF).
