How to submit a HelpDesk ticket

Hours of Operation

Monday-Thursday  8am-6pm.

Fridays 8am-4pm.

We try and answer tickets as soon as we can so please check your email and voicemail regularly. 

Please don't submit multiple tickets for the same issue. 

For any of these options please include a description of the issue and any relevant errors or error codes so that we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

1. Submit through the website.

   a. Go to https://help.newriver.edu and click submit a ticket at the top

   b. Select a category and fill in Name email / phone / details of the problem

 

2. Send an email to itsupport@newriver.edu

  

3. Call the helpdesk to speak to an agent.
