Training Overview for New Phone Services
On November 19, 2024, we implemented Alpha Voice services at the Mercer County Campus. Since then, we've also migrated the ATC and NCC to our new phone system. We're scheduled to complete the RCC and GVC during the week of December 09, 2024.
