Increase in Ticket Volume

Due to a large influx of tickets and to expedite your ticket please include the following:

Your First Name, Middle Initial, Last name OR your New River ID#

Date of Birth and last 4 of your social security number

**When submitting a ticket through this site please enter an email address that you can access. The system will create the ticket with the email address you entered and all replies will be sent to that email unless we change them using the one listed on your account.
